RICHARD T. HERMAN is the principal of the firm. Mr. Herman earned his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is admitted to the Ohio Bar, the U.S. Federal District Court, North District of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Herman speaks Russian and has practiced U.S. & Canadian immigration law while living in Moscow, Russia. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Associations, Cleveland International Lawyers' Group, Ohio Hispanic Bar Associates, the Ohio Hispanic Business Associates, the National Arab American Business Associates, and the American Nationalities Movement. Mr. Herman has been honored by Cleveland Mayor Michael White and Ohio Governor Bob Taft for his service to immigrants. Mr. Herman is proud to serve as Immigration Counsel to the Cleveland Browns and other NFL Franchises.

VANIA T. STEFANOVA
earned her first Juris Doctor degree from Sofia University School of Law, Bulgaria, with Honors, and served as counsel to the government of Bulgaria. Ms. Stefanova earned her second Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and is admitted to the Ohio Bar. She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers' Association, Cleveland Roundtable Intercultural Community Council, and Greater Cleveland International Lawyers' Group. Ms. Stefanova is fluent in Russian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, and French.

CHARMAINE C. ROZARIO, Esq.
heads the Business Immigration Division of Richard T. Herman & Associates. Ms. Rozario received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bombay and Bachelor of Law degree from the Government Law College in Bombay. In the United States, she was awarded a Master of Law degree with Honors from Case Western Reserve University and is admitted to the Ohio Bar. Prior to joining our Firm, Ms. Rozario served as immigration counsel to one of the top 20 software companies in the United States. Ms. Rozario is fluent in Hindi, and conversant in Arabic and French. Ms. Rozario works closely with prominent Arab-American and Indo-American organizations in the United States. |
